I finished Pride and Prejudice at the gym today. Feeling pretty good about that. Although, frankly, I didn’t enjoy the book that much. It rather dragged on, and I didn’t feel invested in any of the characters. Somewhat related to Darcy, I guess, except for the excessive pride thing. Sad to see the family enabling Lydia and Wickham. Just got out of a meeting with the customer I was doing all this work for. They’re happy, but now they want me to total the hours I’ve put into this. The guy said more than 40 hours would be bad, and I’m pretty sure I passed that mark a long time ago…

So the main item on the agenda today is my first CL meeting. It’s in Berkeley, at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology. I need to be there by 6pm, which means I need to leave here around 4:45pm, since I need to walk to the local BART station, take the train to the Downtown Berkeley station, and then walk a mile or so to the DSPT.
